Our interval training will help increase your speed for either racing or your overall paddling. Following on from our progression training we will concentrate on speed work over set distances or points.
From timed intervals to short distance intervals these will help look at how to change your cadence/speed during a paddle, help with paddle fitness and a great way to enjoy some Winter training.
